Aromatherapy Chapter Meetings continue to be held every two months around the province. Members are encouraged to participate in the meetings, by bringing research material and case study information to share with the group. A report from each meeting will be submitted to the Newsletter, so that all of our members can benefit. Each group should arrange the summary to be submitted to the Chair/Host of the meeting, who will submit the material to the Continuing Education Coordinator, the Newsletter Editor, and the Publications Coordinator.

| NEW - RESEARCH & EXPERIENCE MEETINGS: |

Chapters may choose to partake in a Research & Experience Meeting ONCE per year - at any time, instead of the standard prescribed topic for the month. The format of these meetings is up to the chapter. The chapter must still submit a publishable report/case study of their findings for the newsletter and the Proceedings.
