Membership Options
Corporate Member
(at the discretion of the committee. A company involved in the sales of aromatherapy related products & services.) Membership Fee:$150.00 ($85 after July 1st) Corporate Members have voting rights, receive a certificate of membership, have the opportunity to be included in website and printed directory listings. Please include a short description of your Aromatherapy related business. Fill out an Application Form
Professional Member
(any individual who has completed satisfactorily an approved course) Membership Fee: $75.00 ($55 after July 1st) Professional members have voting rights, receive a certificate of membership & must fulfill at least 24 hours of Continuing Education within a two year period. Professional members also have the opportunity to be included in website and printed membership directories. Documentation Required: Please enclose copies of certificates obtained in the past 12 months. If this is a new application, please list professional courses, dates, name and address of school and attach copies of your certificates/diplomas. Please include proof of your Professional Liability Insurance. Please contact the Secretary for further details. Fill out an Application Form
Associate Member
One who meets the qualifications for professional membership, fulfills continuing education requirements, but has taken an indeterminate leave from their practice and does not carry insurance. Has voting rights. Membership Fee: $75.00 ($55 after July 1st) If you have taken training that has not been approved by the society, please provide course name, level, dates and name/address of school. Associate members have the opportunity to be included in the printed membership directory. Fill out an Application Form
Student Member
(Currently enrolled in a BCAPA approved course of study.) Membership Fee: $45.00 Please provide course name, level, dates, name & address of school. Upon satisfactorily completing their course, students can upgrade to Professional member category, upon submission of proper documentation and remittance of the fee differential. Student members have the opportunity to be included in the printed membership directory Fill out an Application Form
General Member
A member of the general public who has an interest in aromatherapy and wishes to be kept informed of courses, exhibitions and developments. Does not have voting rights. Membership Fee: $75.00 ($55 after July 1) Fill out an Application Form
